Betfred has announced that they’ve issued an early pay out for all US online and retail wagers on the Bengals to win Super Bowl LVII. Any player holding a ‘to win’ wager on Cincinnati as of 10 AM Pacific on January 25, 2023 were paid as winners. This is regardless of the ultimate outcome of the rest of the Bengals’ playoff slate.
